The Challenge
Lettuce Work needed a website that clearly communicated their mission, value proposition, and services, all while building trust with a global audience of business owners, founders, and talent leaders. The site had to feel modern, clean, and human — yet professional enough to support their B2B positioning.
Our Approach
We began by understanding the Lettuce Work brand — its tone of voice, audience, and core message: scaling globally should be simple and seamless. From there, we crafted a design system that blended friendliness with professionalism, using bright tones, clean typography, and expressive illustrations.
Our UX process focused on intuitive navigation and purposeful storytelling. Each section was designed to flow naturally, guiding users from the problem through to the solution and toward action.

Information Architecture
To ensure ease of use and clarity across the platform, we began the UX design phase by mapping out a clean and intuitive information architecture. We categorized core features, such as event details, venues, vendors, invitations, and budget tracking, into clearly defined sections accessible from a centralized dashboard.
This structure allows users to navigate effortlessly between multiple events and their components, reducing cognitive load and ensuring a seamless planning experience. The goal was to give users control and confidence, no matter how complex their event may be.

Low Fidelity Design
With the information architecture in place, we moved into low-fidelity wireframing to map out user flows, interface layouts, and interactions. These grayscale mockups helped us quickly visualize the structure of each screen, validate functionality, and ensure content hierarchy was clear.
At this stage, we prioritized usability over aesthetics, focusing on core features like event creation, tab navigation, budget input, vendor booking, and RSVP tracking. This approach allowed for rapid iteration, stakeholder feedback, and early alignment before moving into high-fidelity UI design.
